Consumer Terms
Minimums: Orders are in 1 yard whole increments.
Shipped Amount: Shipped yardage is the exact ordered yardage or +/- an “allowance” for orders over 10 yards.
Allowance: Allowance is given when a weaving anomaly is found. We credit an additional 0.25 yd. for every weaving anomaly found for that order.
Put-up: We roll our fabric on tube except where marked otherwise. Some wide width linens (95” and more) are doubled and folded in plys.
Order processing times: Orders placed before 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday are typically prepared for the shipping carrier in the following 2-3 business days. Orders may be delayed due to our order volume or stockroom closure.
Domestic and international shipping options: Acceptable delivery destination will be posted as available shipping options at time of checkout. All ship from locations originates from the United States. If delivery destination is outside of the United States, customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are presented at time of checkout.
Order tracking details: Online purchases will receive a confirmation email with a shipping tracking number once order is shipped.

Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to situations outside of our control. When a package is delayed by a shipping carrier it’s best for you to contact the carrier to determine the next course of action. If the carrier’s resolution is lacking contact us and we will see how we can help.
